Welcome to Christian Otaku!

So for the hiatus on updating everyone. C.O. has had major success since we first opened. Thank you so much my brothers and sisters. I did a major member update today.


This is the place where fans of Jesus and Anime can join together it community and show the the two can actually mix. In order to do so we need your help! Submit your artwork, poetry, and stories for us to display on the CO website. You will still have full credit for the work you have done, but it is likely that more people will be exposed to your art, and a bonus.~.*.~.*.~.*. You will be making a statement about Our Lord Christ to a larger DA community.

Rules for submission
1. The work you submit must be your own original piece of work
2. We will not accept ANY hentai,yaoi, yuri, vulgar, or hate related art
3. Images may not have anything that goes against our purpose.
4. I will judge what I want shown on this club or not.
(I will be lienient on blood, being as I do believe it's a way to show emotion. Like I said I will
judge.)

1. Send me a note with the subject "Submission" (becauseI will not read it if there is (no subject) as
the heading when I am addressing CO's submission mail, they will in fact they will be the last read
for time management reasons

Greetings

Hello Everyone ^.^ My name is Ashley, but you can just call me NOA. I have just become the Co-Moderator of ChristianOtaku and I wanted to Introduce my self and tell everyone what I am all about .
I am 18 years old, and I live in the State of Delaware (Dela-Where?) I am a College Student at Liberty University in Lynchburg VA. I am a Music Major, and Youth Ministries Minor and in the coming three or four months I will be a second semester freshman. YAY! I am active in a group on Campus known as The Tunnel Worshipers... we go to the campus tunnel and do worship songs before our thursday night meetings. I am aspiring to become a professional songwriter, and I want to be able to work closely with Youth, and Missions to Japan, China, and India.
I have been an anime fan for several years now, I like many diffrent series, but I don't really have a favorite since I like so many ^.^ Most of all I just like the anime style of drawing ( Iv'e been drawing since I was little.) I am hoping that I could meet someone with some very innovative Ideas to create a Christian Anime Series.. I know it has been attempted before but only those who are familiar with what an anime is, and why people really like it would be able to accomplish such a feat, and I would like to hear from those people who would dare to do it, and do it right!

It has been hecktic,but rewarding I was working at a christian summer camp in Maryland called "Camp Pecometh" I was there for three months, and I will be returning this summer. I have seen numerous young people come to know Christ, and become closer to the power that is God's Magnificent Glory. I am a Councilor, and a Lifeguard, and I thought that I would like to share it with my Christian Brothers and Sisters online just so that you know I have created a Bible study site on DA so that all my girls and guys could post pictures and letters to each other it is amazing to see how enthusiastic they are about camp and God. I Pray for more time to update DA but as things are I can only do what I have time for, today was that day. Here I also play in an outrageous, loud exiting Group at camp and we call ourselves after our most popular song from Africa- Jabulani , or " Joyful-Praise" Its Sweaty and Nasty and Oh So very rewarding. I will continue to Pray for those of you who watch C.O. on DA and are faithful with our group here.
